The Marine department of TSI Limited was first introduced in 2014 through TSI Group by representing as Partner/Distributor of Marine Equipment Manufacturer. To Stablish Service Support TSI Limited aims to Start Approved Service Supplier for below mentioned scope;

  1. Annual Performance testing of Voyage Data Recorders (VDR) and Simplified Voyage Data Recorders (S-VDRS)
  2. Inspection and Testing of Radio Communication Equipment & Automatic Identification System (AIS)
  3. Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Navigation & Communication Equipment.

Ensuring the quality of services is a prime focus of TSI Limited. Understanding the needs and expectations of the customers, manufacturers, classification societies, and other broader stakeholders and fulfilling those on an ongoing basis provides TSI Limited with a competitive advantage.

TSI Limited., therefore, is committed to fulfilling customer requirements as well as applicable regulatory requirements.

TSI Limited. is also committed to achieving continual improvement of the Quality Management System through setting achieving quality objectives, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and taking corrective actions against any non-conformity. 

This policy will be reviewed as and when deemed necessary and improved thereof.

This policy is endorsed by the top-level management of TSI Limited and communicated to all parties relevant to its operation.
